It can be done in the cosiness of YOUR OWN HOME. We will use a futon or a soft mat on the floor and plenty of pillows to ensure maximum comfort. You will be dressed in comfortable clothes as no oils will be applied. You will feel energized, peacefully awaken and in tune with your inner self.
