My love of Pilates inspired me to become a qualified Level 3 Pilates Matwork instructor, focusing on teaching Pilates and spreading its fitness benefits to others. Pilates is suitable for everyone, no matter your age or level of fitness. You’ll find my sessions rewarding, challenging and really enjoyable! Pilates is a total body conditioning system of precise, specialised exercises that challenge
you physically and mentally. The exercises rebalance the body and restore it to its correct alignment, improving posture, muscle tone and strength, and ease of movement. Added bonuses are great toned abs and a trim waist! Sessions can be booked on a 1 to1 basis, in small groups of 2-4, or as part of a class.
