We had great fun last night at sparring. Prepping for the next incoming season.

We attended another tournament over the week.

We had 9 people competing.
We won 5 Gold medals 2 Sliver medals and 1 Bronze.

We are only training at the community centre for a year.

We attended a local interclub this weekend.

Some students competing for the first time. The enviroment was controlled no heavy contact allowed during sparring.

The patterns category was a great opportunity to experience the nerves of competitions for some students without contact.

It wouldn't be possible without the huge local community we have.
