Joe & Scott LTD have been one of the premier tennis providers in South London, offering a full package of coaching, tournaments, social tennis and equipment sales. We are based in Streatham and offer a programme in surrounding areas including Balham, Clapham and Tooting. Our main programme runs out of Wigmore Lawn Tennis Club in Streatham, We also operate in a number of local schools. Our coaching

programme caters for a huge range of people - from juniors to complete adult beginners; from social players to experienced club players to seasoned competitors playing in high level competitions. Here we working very closely with our schools/clubs and other venues to ensure a positive tennis experience for everyone.

Huge congratulations to Lucas, who has been working incredibly hard in his Saturday lessons with Coach Jake. He’s shown brilliant focus, great energy, and a real love for his tennis — it’s been fantastic to see how much he’s progressing each week.

(Posted a little late… this one’s for last month. Oops!)

Huge congratulations to Koray, whose commitment across our programme has really stood out. He’s been working incredibly hard in Silver Academy, and he’s one of our most active juniors — regularly practising outside class, competing in our box leagues, and taking part in the club championships too.

His dedication, consistency, and love for the game have made a huge impact on his progress, and it’s been brilliant to see his confidence grow on court.

🎾 Adult Player of the Month – Alex 🌟

Huge congratulations to Alex, who has shown outstanding improvement in his doubles matchplay over the past month. His growing “tennis IQ” has really stood out — especially his smarter shot selection under pressure.

Coach Scott has been particularly impressed with the work Alex has put into his crosscourt forehand and his clever use of lobs in doubles — both of which have made a huge difference to his match performances.

Alex has also shown amazing dedication off the court, regularly training with the ball machine, and he’s been a keen competitor on our mixed doubles ladder too. It’s been fantastic to see how much his tennis has progressed.

And in the photo… he’s being photobombed by two of his own teammates — the perfect snapshot of his energy and the fun he brings to the group!

Huge congratulations to Lorenzo, who has been working incredibly hard on his movement skills around the court. He’s been a fantastic student all term — focused, determined, and really trying to embed these improvements into his game.

His attitude on court has been outstanding too. Lorenzo never complains, stays positive, and brings brilliant energy from start to finish.

Huge congratulations to Teya, who has shown fantastic progress in her Red Stage classes this term. She’s impressed the coaching team so much that she’s now been invited to join Red Academy — a brilliant achievement!

Teya has also been a regular at our Mini Matchplays, and the extra match experience has really helped her tennis take off.

Family Cup 2026 🎾 🏆

A big thank you to all players and parents to took part in this years Family Cup. It’s turned into a very popular event in our tennis calendar!

Congrats to the winners Otis and David 🥇 and also our runners up Ethan and Luke 🥈. It was a nail bitingly close final!

We hope all our players enjoyed it! We’ve already had requests to run another one very soon! 😅🥳
