Starting something new can feel overwhelming.

A lot of people wait until they feel more confident, more experienced or more “ready” before putting themselves out there. But most communities, classes and ideas do not start big. They start with a few people willing to begin.

At Lana & Friends, we wanted to create a flexible wellness space in Stoke Newington that feels supportive, calm and welcoming for instructors, creatives and people building something of their own.

Because sometimes the right environment is all you need to get started.

Lana & Friends was created to be more than just a place to book classes or rent a room. It’s a flexible wellness space in Stoke Newington designed to bring people together through movement, creativity and connection.

From yoga and Pilates to workshops, private sessions, content creation and community events, the space is built to adapt around the people using it. A place to learn from each other, grow together and build something meaningful over time.

With two flexible studios and a calm, welcoming atmosphere, we wanted to create a space that feels supportive, intentional and genuinely community-led.
