This is my client Chris, a highly experienced martial artist 🥷

We’ve been focusing on building all round strength and fitness, alongside nailing a consistent sleep and diet routine that works with a busy work and family life 🏡

Great little win today for my online coaching client Suzi! Suzi came to me with a fitness routine in place that was repetitive and no longer inspiring her. The rings, one of my favourite pieces of equipment. Simple, portable and versatile - great for flexible strength training. I always have them with me wherever I go as you just never know when you’ll find the perfect spot for a quick hang in nature! 🌳💪
