Before I started working with .lawson he had lost the motivation to train, gained weight and as a result was in the worst physical shape of his life.
Beau wanted to have more structure to his day and build healthier habits with a routine that could fit his lifestyle. He needed help with a plan and the right guidance, instead of doing random workouts and hoping for the best.
