"A lovely gym steps away from home. Not only that, the staff in the gym are amazing as well. Thank you very much Linda for helping me log in to my account correctly, I had accessing issues previously and despite previous attempts no one was able to restore my account. Linda took her time to patiently help me with reactivating the correct account. We need more like you Linda and once again thank you for your amazing customer service!"

Our weight loss plan combines weight management workshops, nutritional advice and physical activity alongside behaviour change techniques taught by our dedicated team of Health coaches.

Thank you to a partnership between Kefir and π“π‘πž 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐀 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐀 we were able to give away lots of free Rubie Raspberry Biotiful gut health yogurts from Kefir.
