The sessions will involve boxing technique,punch bag drills, skipping rope,shadow boxing etc. and with modern circuit training to maximise your boxing potential and fitness. The classes will be for everyone regardless of age, s*x, gender or levels of ability. That will be the best choice for those simply wanting loose weight,getting confidence or become boxers.
