Buggyfit Battersea

Buggyfit Battersea Exercise classes in Battersea Park for mums where babies and toddlers come along too.

Buggyfit classes take place in the beautiful Battersea Park on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10am and cost £8.50 (approx) per session. Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, from the complete beginner to the more experienced exerciser. Your teacher is a fully qualified ante and postnatal exercise instructor who can ensure you get back into shape safely after having your baby. It is cru

cial that you have had your 6/8 week postnatal GP check and have the all clear to start exercise. Mums can bring babies and toddlers of any age to the class - it can also be a great way for them to socialise too! Buggyfit is great for:

• Ideal for toning your tummy, arms, bum &
legs
• Convenient as baby comes too!
• Sociable and a great way to meet other
new mums
• Coffee afterwards.
