As a Support Worker at Beans & Bloom, Eloise loves that it’s more than just a coffee shop. She enjoys the atmosphere, getting to know our amazing trainees and seeing them grow in confidence and develop new skills.

For Eloise, it’s the relationships and seeing the trainees progress that makes every day so rewarding.

💚Meet Vasudha, one of our trainees at Beans & Bloom.

After four years as a trainee at Nickel Support and two years at Beans & Bloom, Vasuda has developed a wide range of workplace skills, from making coffee and serving customers to using the till and keeping the café running smoothly.

But for Vasuda, it’s also about the people. Having a kind, caring and supportive team around her has helped make Beans & Bloom a place where she can learn, grow and enjoy coming to work.

Her recommendation? Try one of the herbal teas, grab a slice of cake and come and visit us in Cheam Village and while you’re here, you can even see Henry VIII!
