An hour long workout will raise metabolism, increase cardiovascular fitness, increase strength and endurance, speed and accuracy and stamina, reaction time, strengthen core and lower back, improving posture and body awareness!

Latvian boys done more than we all expected 💪💪💪💪💪👌👌👌👌😘😘😘! New generation shows that we can compete with more advanced countries in ice hockey in same and even better level at some point! ( p.s. we are thankful for older players- for their contributions, dedication, tips for youngsters too) ! Made me proud to be Latvian ! 💪💪💪👌👌👌❤️❤️🇱🇻🇱🇻🇱🇻🇱🇻
