Let's keep it simple.

Experts recommend engaging in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity per week for substantial health benefits. Strength training exercises, such as weightlifting or resistance band exercises, can also help build muscle mass, which in turn increases metabolism and further supports weight loss. Additionally, incorporating physical activity into daily routines, such as taking the stairs instead of the elevator or going for a walk during lunch breaks, can help increase daily energy expenditure and aid in weight loss efforts.

Eat a balanced diet

One of the top five ways to lose weight is to eat a balanced diet. It is essential to consume a variety of foods from all food groups to achieve a healthy and sustainable weight loss. This exercise involves standing with your back against a wall while raising and lowering your arms in a slow and controlled motion.
