Launching our Accessibility Fundraiser 2024
Saturday the 14th December- part 2
After our Plum Pudding Races finished, we were honoured to be presented a cheque by Will Turner of Sport England

Receiving the cheque is James Holmes-Siedle, longstanding club member, architect and access expert who has been part of our fundraising and build teams for both our balcony and now our lift and surfacing project. We are lucky at PTRC to have members who donate their time and skills and James' momentum driving and expert bid writing has been priceless!
✨✨Thanks JHS ✨✨

Plum Pudding Races 2024
Saturday 14th December - part 1
Club members and friends assembled for our annual races, this year, a round robin sprint race from UL to PTRC.
We were able to launch six eights and Joely’s crew emerged victorious with Club Comms Jessie winning best dressed.
Many thanks to all who made the day happen- great organising, coxing, launch driving and judging!

✨We are delighted to announce the award of a £15k grant from The National Lottery and Sport England Movement Fund towards our Accessibility Project.

A similar grant from National Lottery and Sport England in 2012 helped towards building our ramp steps, the benefits of which we continue to appreciate today.

With generous donations from club members and fundraising events organised by squads and individuals we are excited to share that we have reached the halfway mark.

We are aiming to complete this project by Spring/Summer 2025. Head to our crowdfunder page, link above, for more detail and updates, to donate if you are able and please do reach out with any questions or suggestions.

Our senior men's and women's teams had an amazing time at the Stourport Regatta this weekend!

We were blown away by their incredible hospitality (and their beautiful stretch of river). To top it off, we came away with four wins! Let it be known that Stourport Boat Club knows how to host a party 🎉🍕🕺🥃💥🍑😱.

We can't wait to come back again next year!
