Happy wellness Wednesday!
We all get stressed sometimes, it is about how we manage it. At JustU wellness we are committed to raising awareness about mental health and sharing practical solutions to improve it. As its stress awareness month, we would like to share tips to help you manage your stress.
Here are three stress management tips from the NHS!
1. Be active
Exercise is proven to improve your mood and boost your energy. Exercising helps to clear your thoughts and address your problems more calmly.
2. Connect with people
A good support network helps you feel less alone with your problems and they can help you see your problems from a different perspective. Spending time with friends and family helps you to relax and laughing is an excellent stress reliever.
3. Make time for you!
Research has found that in the UK we work the longest hours in Europe. Which makes it even more important we make time for ourselves to socialise, relax or exercise.
