We’re excited to introduce a programme designed to help older adults in our community stay active, meet new people and enjoy keeping fit in a friendly and welcoming environment. 💪😊

Whether you’re already active or looking to get started, there will be something for everyone, with sessions focused on keeping you moving, building confidence and having fun.
