From the page of Suzanna Kovacs Klein hormone and fertility coach -
“Originally, we come from the tropics. We were created to have sunlight touching our skin every day, to spend our days outdoors breathing fresh air, to allow life energy from the elements – prana – to flow through us daily. We were meant to move almost all day long and to live among plants, animals, and other people – our friends.
Yet today we spend most of our time indoors, in closed spaces. And even when we go outside, our bodies barely receive sunlight because we are covered with clothing, and half an hour outside is simply not enough to absorb the oxygen and prana our bodies truly need for full, original health.
Interestingly, this image also appears in the Book of Genesis in the Bible: we come from the Garden of Eden, living outdoors, without clothing (fig leaves), nourished by fruit from the trees. Of course, this can be interpreted on many levels, but it is fascinating how the physical picture also correlates with the kind of lifestyle our bodies were originally designed for.
…
Traveling can be difficult and complicated, and new experiences often come with challenges. But every moment is worth it. Even just a few hours in the sunshine and warmth, surrounded by friends, fruits, and nature, can fill us with immense life energy, strength, and health.
For hormonal balance, recovery from endometriosis, healing from various female – or other – health issues, and even for healthy fertility, these natural influences are exactly what we need.
Many of my clients have told me that conception happened when – or after – they traveled to a warm place, or when they spent significant time in nature, in the sun, in a stress-free environment.
Let us not forget that we come from the tropics. And let us do everything we can so that these positive influences reach our bodies and souls as much as possible.
As much as we can.”
Thank you.
