🤔 What stops you guys ?
For me it’s finding the balance of gaining the muscle/size, also keeping a tight/slim waist.. so I’d say it’s managing the balance with calorie intake & training twice as hard to make sure I’m burning enough calories.

A lot of work to do haha

A disclaimer for anybody wondering if I’m legit or not 😂 I can ensure you all I’ve been qualified as a personal trainer from 2015 and been working in the fitness industry from 2013 I’m insured by insure4sport, they’ve been around for some time now they insure personal /group trainers & sports organisations around the world 🌍
I thought I’d share this information since my yearly insurance just renewed this morning AND IMPORTANTLY... today the industry is filled with frauds who think a great physique makes them a “fitness trainer” 😳
