Feeling like a slug today? 🐌
Me too. I was putting a workout video together for INEOS and I had no oomph in me so adapted to move slower and added more time. Slow burpees is how I like to teach them and they felt good👍🏽

Carrot salad:
Grated carrots
Sprouted alfalfa and radish
Chia seeds
Chopped parsley
Dressing:
Fresh juice from an orange
Sprinkle of apple cider vinegar/ lemon juice
Extra virgin olive oil

Damn I love single leg work! It’s good for us too, works on any muscle imbalances, really gets our brain talking to our muscles and much more!
In both; 6:30am KB & Spin and 9:30am KB & TRX classes I included this little combo, try it, it’s challenging and fun! 🧠💪🏽
