Here is part 1 of 2, from my Saturday workout
We had an action packed weekend, after a long week so we had to make the most of the small amount of time we had
I love training at a constant tempo, always keeping an eye on the time between sets and making myself and my clients accountable
You only get out what you put in, so time to put those phones down, quiet your mind, be present and get those reps in!
20 x Kettlebell Step Ups straight into 20 Jumping lunges
Med Ball Slams into burpees
Raised Kettlebell Lunges
Tyre Flips/Trapbar Deads (if you don’t want to break your nails!!)
As always, make every rep count!
