The days and weeks move fast but your nervous system doesn’t have to!
For those of us working from home or enjoying a slower pace, I’ve created a Friday lunchtime sanctuary to support a consistent rhythm to ground body and mind.
Fridays at 12:15 PM, we gather at the YMCA for a deep reset. And because connection and community is a natural part of the process, there is a new montly Yoga Social!
We’ll head to a nearby coffee shop to connect, share stories, and enjoy the company of like-hearted neighbours! Our first social is this week, following a special deep relaxation class for mental clarity.
