Formed in 1946, we are the oldest Korfball club in the UK! Based in Croydon; we train at Royal Russell School. Sounds interesting? How can you say no to that?!

Best described as a mixture of netball & basketball, it combines some fast-paced moves, a great amount of teamwork, and a whole lot of fun. We're looking to welcome lots of new members this season, whether you are a seasoned pro or just want to come along for some fitness and socialising, then Croydon Korfball is for you! We have 4 teams playing from Regional to Local level. Then come along and give it a try with four free taster sessions! Junior Training: Thursdays 7:00 - 8:00pm (7-13)
Club Training for all: Thursdays 8:00 - 10:00pm (14+)

We hosted our AGM and End of Season Awards yesterday. We celebrated the amazing club we are and the amazing players we have that allow us to be so. Special thank you to our hosts who also cooked the BBQ. And thank you for allowing us to have a water fight 😂(swipe to the end to see Lewis getting targeted)

Great day out yesterday at the Nomads tournament! 3 Croydon teams took part but only got 2 team photos oops!! Huge thank you to Nomads Korfball Club for a wonderful day 💙

CKC are putting on ✨FREE✨outdoor training sessions over the summer! On 21st May, 4th & 25th June, Sytze, Paul & Richard will be holding the sessions. Feel free to come along and bring a friend. If you wish to attend, please message us so we are aware of numbers!

This Saturday, 14 CKC youngsters took part in the U15 Inter regional tournament. London managed to put out 3 teams, all who played brilliantly. London finished first across all 4 tournaments and came away with the gold medal! A huge thank you to the coach, our very own Anna for the hours of support and guidance that she gives to our juniors 💙

The last games of the season saw Croydon 3 travel to North London to face Supernova 5 and Croydon 4 play East London 2. Our 3s played a great game against a great Nova team and finished the season with a win. The 4s finished the season with a draw against ELK! Thank you to everyone who played and supported today💙

Croydon Korfball Club is pleased to announce that Sytze Bijker will be joining the club’s coaching team, with immediate effect.
Sytze is a long-term player at Nomads as well as playing for England in the 2014 European Korfball Championships.
He coached England U15s from 2012 until 2016 and was the assistant coach of Ireland up to the World Championships in 2023.
He brings a wealth of experience and ideas, and is looking to help develop the coaching side of Croydon’s game.
