We flowed & laughed! With a massage at the end. 💆‍♀️ Surprising ourselves at how strong we are.

Massive thank you to everyone who donated to Reach Out- domestic abuse service at our yoga class last night hall. It was an incredible hawl that will help so many survivors. Pattison is extremely grateful 🙏🙏🙏🙏
We had residents, organisations & local businesses donate as well as requests to volunteer!
