Springhealth Kickboxing Like our Page and get your First Kickboxing Class Free! We pride ourselves on teaching great quality kickboxing, boxing and Tabata classes.

Here at Springhealth Kickboxing we strive to create a community where everyone who walks through our doors immediately feels welcome. It becomes a home away from home, where you can train towards your goals and achieve things that you never thought were possible. As soon as you walk in you'll be greeted by Anita as if you were long lost friends, you'll progress to classes where black belts, white belts and everyone in between trains together and you'll meet other likeminded people who are also falling in love with Kickboxing. Using experience gained over decades in the sport; shared and passed down through our instructors we aim to now pass this knowledge on to you. We believe our secret lies in the fantastic atmosphere at the gym, which is generated through the shared enthusiasm from both the instructors and the students. We love what we do here at Springhealth and are very passionate about it... we hope you will be too.

Get ready for this year’s sports day.
Join us for an afternoon filled with games, races, tug of war, and a picnic! 
• Date: Saturday, 22 August 
• Time: After classes from 2 PM 
• Location: Parliament Hill Fields (next to the tennis courts) 
Pack a picnic, bring some drinks, and come spend the afternoon with us! Friends and family are welcome, so bring everyone along! 🎉

14 years. That’s how long Rebekah Renford has been part of the Springhealth family — and what a journey it has been.

After 13 years since her last grading, she stepped back onto those mats and showed exactly what she’s made of.

On Saturday 20th Rebekah earned her Blue I Belt, and every single year of dedication, persistence, and passion is written into that achievement.

Congratulations, Rebekah — we are so proud of you. 🥊💙

What started with a white belt has grown into something truly special: a Blue 1 grading that reflects every hour of hard work, dedication, and heart she’s poured onto these mats. We’ve watched her evolve kick by kick, and we couldn’t be prouder of the kickboxer she’s become.
