To all our fellow coaches throughout the world. We are all in this unprecedented crisis together and all affected in our different ways. Be strong for your pupils, whether you can see them at this time or not and be an example to them of fortitude and determination. Remember that a coach teaches far more than just a sport.
Please use this place to share anything your fellow coaches could make use of in keeping locked down clubs going - videos, exercises, even funny pictures, stories and messages to keep our spirits up.
Wishing good health and strength to you and all those you love.
Philip, IFCA President
