Father's Day offer

FREE Pilates Class!

It's Father's Day on Sunday 16th June and to celebrate we are offering you the chance to bring your Dad to a Pilates class for free throughout June.

Pilates is a great way to support men that play lots of sport or spend a lot of time in the gym.

To take advantage of this offer please book in at reception.

Remember we do also run a men's only Pilates class on Wednesday at 4pm with Duncan.

⭐️ Our team member of the month is Duncan! ⭐️

Duncan is our team member of the month for May for pioneering a brand new service at our Hampstead clinic. Being pioneering is one of our core values. We encourage and support our teams to suggest and develop new ideas. As a brilliant example of this, Duncan has designed and implemented a brand new strength service. He has delivered on all aspects from equipment selection, installation, staff training and development and objective measurement to gain valuable data on its effectiveness. His meticulous planning and start-up has proven highly popular and beneficial for our clients in maximising end stage physical fitness goals.
