Have you heard of the phrase “early adopters”?
Early adopters is a term in business to describe those who come on board with an idea, vision, offer before there is excessive proof of its success. They are the founding members, the ones who see value in your work whilst those who seek out the shiny people scroll on by
We have to be our own early adopters - we have to believe and trust and invest in ourselves before we hit the shiny accolades, the big money months, the strength of identity
We must trust fully in ourselves
We must see our own value first
At nearly 10pm last night one of our amazing members emailed me to say how much they loved the new format for the Confidence Clinic, a session I’ve run as a more traditional style workshop session over the last year
Yet at the same time I’ve had a craving to teach more with movement - BUT arthritis in my knee, parenting, energy changes, wanting to have workouts for my own headspace rather than having to conserve energy to reach them has kept me conflicted and confused about the solution
Whilst at the same time I have had a deep intuitive vision for the evolution of my work both as a coach and. Haines owner but also to plug the gaps we have as business owners, actors, creatives, leaders and change makers - the embodiment of confidence, trust, energetic presence
So I am practising what I preach - I told myself yesterday when recording this class all I want and need is one person to say “I loved it!!” That one proof of concept. That’s all it takes.
There is nothing like this class, workshop, clinic

Sometimes we have to be the ones to create the proof, all it takes is the trust in it being worth the risk
