6 Months ago I was able to start training properly again.
Here is a little before and after of where I was versus where I am at.
No tracking calories, no tracking my weight. Just focusing on the basics, training consistently, eating good food and sleeping.
Hopefully the physical changes are clear, but the mental changes have been incredible. My self confidence is back, my mood is better, I feel fan bloody tastic.
Let’s see what performance goals we can smash next year!
