We're not training for a marathon - we run for fun at a conversational pace, with a coach at the front and back so nobody is left behind. Each week we do a 5k and we have the option for a 3k too!

Once a month we do a 'Pub Run' too - alcohol not compulsory, just a great way to hang with the gang and make new friends!

Netball with Hollow Rocks is as much about brushing up on old skills as it is about learning new skills - our sessions are for all levels of experience and ability!
