"Maurizio in training would say, 'Come on boys let's start again' and Eden would go, 'Okay coach' and put his head down because he didn't like repetition.
"I know players like him wanted to do different stuff and funny stuff because they are so good and could win games on their own.

"There was a difficult time when were playing away at Cardiff and we were losing, and he was on bench because we were resting him.

"The supporters were chanting against Sarri and wanted him out. Hazard came on the pitch and he completely changed the game and won it for us.

T ChelseaπŸ—£Throughout this season, if you ask average Chelsea fans what department seems to be Chelsea's biggest problem, they'd answer either defense or attack. This is because we were conceding goals and wasting scoring chances. However, I think it's very clear now that Chelsea's biggest problem of the season is the midfield. The trio of Gallagher, Enzo, and Caicedo is not a complete midfield trio, it has weaknesses or mis-profile. It simply wasn't working.

Cucurella inverting into midfield makes the midfield solid. This means we have three players in the midfield who have the ability to win duels and counter-press. The tactical change also gives players options on the ball. You can easily see the shape on and off the ball. More importantly, they stay closer together than before.

I think Enzo Fernandez can also play in the role of Gallagher #8 whenever he returns but Gallagher off the ball ability is always important.

If Enzo Fernandez plays the role of #8, it literally means Enzo and Palmer can find the pockets and operate in the half space.

The overall tactical change hides the weaknesses of the players and plays to their strengths.
