My go to products which get me through the day 💖

1. CreaGlow - with creatine, electrolytes and collagen it has everything in one drink and it tastes delicious! I find this really helps with my brain fog and to sustain my energy throughout the day 💪🏻

2. Sculpt hybrid protein powder which I have usually in my breakfast to get that protein in early! I made this overnight wheatabix cheesecake which was 10/10 🤤 comment below if you want the recipe!

3. Who doesn’t love a coffee 😍 I was skeptical about having this with water but honestly, it’s a great texture, flavour and gives me that boost whilst keeping me full until I get home!

First bootcamp session outside and we honestly experienced all seasons 😅 we had sunshine ☀️ rain ☔️ and even hailstones 🌨️ but nevertheless these ladies kept pushing, danced along to the music and kept smiling 💪🏻
