Meet Alexia!

Alexia is one of our physiotherapists and is now available for both Physiotherapy and Personal Training sessions at the clinic.

Before becoming a physio, Alexia competed as a Division 1 NCAA tennis player in America and worked as a tennis coach. She has also worked with Oxford Quins RFC, providing pitch-side and in-clinic treatment for rugby players.

She has a particular interest in sports injuries, lower limb rehabilitation and helping people return to sport stronger and more confident. Her sessions combine physiotherapy with strength and conditioning, focusing not only on recovery but also long-term injury prevention.

Whether you’re dealing with an injury, returning to sport or simply want expert support with your training, you can now book in with Alexia.

Courtney has been a valued part of the team for some time now, helping women with everything from pelvic floor rehab and pelvic pain to antenatal and postnatal care.

Big shoutout to Emma ❤️

6 months after having a baby, Emma decided she was ready to get back into running challenges again!

Trying to train through sleepless nights, long days, running a business, being a mum, and adjusting to how different your body feels after over a year away from proper training is no easy thing. But she kept showing up and stayed determined to get to that finish line.

Honestly, she’s an inspiration to all of us at the clinic and to everyone around her. A proper reminder that even when life feels chaotic, challenging yourself and giving your best is always worth it.

Emma is a little warrior.

So happy she got such a cracking day for it too because the atmosphere at Hackney Half is always unreal. Amazing support out there, loads of energy, and so much money raised for brilliant causes.

Being a new mum, business owner, partner, friend, and somehow keeping all the other plates spinning at the same time has to be one of the hardest jobs there is, but she does it all with a smile on her face and never complains haha.
