Balancing my social life 💟

What a wholesome weekend, we took Josh’s little sister for a curry on Friday night 🥘

Had my cousins 2 little monkeys come for a sleepover on Friday night 🐒

Saturday, clients in the morning & then Miss Morts came to stay. We went for sushi & then for a boogie🤍

Sunday well spent with a 6k run & a lovely roast dinner to finish the weekend off!

I’ve said it before but I pride myself in having the best social life & also managing to reach my goals. I never restrict & neither do my clients!

It’s all about balance & having an off switch 🗝

Liberty came to me having lost her confidence and also the motivation to workout

Being a performer, she has a very active lifestyle and is always on her feet.

Meet one of my online clients

Probably one of the most hard working ladies I have ever trained. She will always push herself that one little bit further, squeeze out one more rep or run a little bit further. A little bit of a social butterfly to say the least but that didn't stop her from making progress, everything was tailored around her social life so that she didn't have to make any sacrifices 🍷

I am beyond proud of her progress & when she sent me these photos I couldn't stop smiling. I love my job 🫶🏼

Cleo came to me wanting to drop body fat, gain muscle and all round like what she saw in the mirror 😍

We created a workout plan tailored to fit around her 9-5 & focused on body re composition
We fixed her inconsistency with her eating habits & found ways for her to hit her protein goal daily ✨

Cleo said to me on our first call that she lacked confidence when it came to the gym being busy & she would just do cardio…

I am so proud of how far you have come in just 4 months, the things you now have the confidence to do in the gym is amazing and this is just the start 🔥

“I just don’t have the time” or “Ill start when life isn’t so hectic”

Look I get it, life is busy!
Work gets in the way and social events keep popping

Does this sound familiar?

You don’t have to spend hours in the gym to get great results.

The problem often is that most women walk into the gym feeling a little under confident and just head for the first machine that is free without having some sort of plan

That is why having a well designed plan that is tailored completely around your lifestyle and allows you to get in and out the gym quickly whilst also feeling like you are actually getting a GOOD workout in is so beneficial- even more so if you’re a busy bee 🐝

I don’t spend hours in the gym & I don’t expect my clients to either 💖

Nothing will change unless you stop creating obstacles as to why you ‘can’t’ look & feel a certain way, put yourself first for a little while and see what could happen!
