Well, it's almost here!

The full moon energy was strong.

Had people angry. Had people upset. Had negativity all around. I was in tears for most of the day. Or near to tears.

My anxieties were through the roof.

But as usual the day after came the relief.

Today after my yoga practice I just felt my shin bone 🦴

Firmly gripped left shin after janu sirsasana. Then right shin bone.

It felt good. It was satisfying.

It’s the simple things.

And I felt grateful for the health I have.

In my classes too I like to give you the space to feel.

On the inside. Usually.
