SwingTrain is a high-intensity dance cardio workout inspired by the joyful, energetic sounds of Charleston, Swing, Gospel, Rhythm & Blues, Electro Swing, and Hot Jazz. These total-body exercise classes are suitable for all levels and the music is so infectious that you won't even realise you're burning over 500 calories an hour! Our first-rate instructors will lead you through a series of fun, follow-along moves and interactive choreography guaranteed to get you sweating and smiling.

Very excited to announce a new home for SwingTrain Canberra! Starting this Saturday 21 October, classes will now be held at 10 Watson st Turner.

✅ Easy and free parking right out the front
✅ Spacious dance floor
✅ Breakout room for kids
✅ Same time (9.15am) and price per class, and payment options remain flexible: cash, eftpos or 5 card pass
