One last Summer Series? Oh go on then! 🦅

Our fourth and final Ealing Eagles Summer Series is here. Join us on Wednesday 2nd September at Perivale Park for one last 5k before we start setting our sights on XC!

This one is open to members and non-members alike, so if you’re feeling fresh from your Open Week training but you haven’t joined us yet, why not come along and race with us!

Whether you’ve done every Summer Series race or this is your first, come and finish the summer with one last Perivale evening ☀️

That was Ealing Eagles Open Week 2026!

Four days of hills, strength and conditioning, Gunnersbury Handicap, couple of pub trips, MORE hills, plenty of familiar faces and lots of new ones too.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, whether it was your first Eagles session or just another week in the Nest. We loved having you all!

Ealing Eagles Open Week is here 🦅🥳

And when we say all paces welcome, all people welcome, we really mean it.

You do not need to be fast! You do not need to know anyone! You do not need to know exactly what you’re doing!

You can turn up on your own, meet some friendly faces, run at your pace and see what being part of Eagles is actually like!

Because yes, we train hard, race hard, and we love a PB, but Eagles is also about cheering each other on, volunteering, friendships, socials and, obviously, coffee.

Open Week runs 24th–27th August. Check our other post for session details!

Summer League / Perivale 🦅☀️

What a day!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Summer League fixture with . From the volunteers behind the scenes to every runner who took on the 5 mile course, it was another brilliant Sunday of racing.

A special congratulations to our incredible juniors, and to both our men’s and women’s relay teams for bringing home the wins! 🏆

☀️ Summer League is officially underway!

We’re off to a FLYING start in this year’s Summer League, with a fantastic turnout and some brilliant performances from our Eagles at Headstone Manor.

A huge well done to everyone who took part in the opening race yesterday, whether you were racing, supporting or providing the much needed watermelon at the end. Thanks to Metros RC, Harrow and for a great morning.

Next up is the Perivale 5 Mile, which we’re co-hosting with Ealing Southall & Middx AC on Sunday 28th June at 9:30am.

Congratulations to the 20 men and 20 women who represented the club at the Welsh Castles Relay (Welsh Castles Relay ) last weekend. You all did the club proud. Thanks to Les Croupiers Running Club🔴🟢 for organising such an incredible event, with so much camaraderie between the clubs - the best of club running.
