Getting outside, going for a swim or a walk or even just taking a breath of fresh air, can honestly shift everything 🌀

And we’re so lucky in Maroubra to be surrounded by so much natural beauty.

So if you’re feeling funky, I highly recommend going for a swim 🏊‍♀️🌊😂

Yoga is so so so much more than what we do on the mat, and there are so many ways to access this physical practice so that it can meet you and your body exactly where you are! 🌀

Yoga Sutra 1.1 ~ atha yoga-anushasanam

The practice of yoga begins now.

Not when we’re flexy or strong enough. Not when we’re calm or zen enough.

We don’t have to wait until we’re ‘ready’ to start, the practice will meet us where we are 🙏🏼
