Y Hope So, why did I choose Hope over Love? And I strongly believe that Hope is the most effective way towards Universal Love.

Those of you who know me well, may wonder why the main topic of my new page is not Love, since I have been daily debating, for the last 13 years, that this is what really matters in life. Two reasons: First, I have realised that most people confuse the concept of Universal Love with Romantic Love, which is a very narrowly defined and targeted emotion. Second, even when people understand what Unive

rsal Love is about, they think of it as something utopian, unattainable or even pointless. Although I disagree with this view, I have observed that the most powerful and healing emotion most people can experience, is Hope. As a glorious example of what Hope is about, here is the story of 'Hope', a 2-year-old boy who was abandoned in Uyo, Nigeria, after he was accused of being a witch https://youtu.be/hit-5AftoT0. I will never forget this story because it came at a point in my life that I was nearly losing Hope. The moment we lose Hope, we don't just lose the meaning in our lives but we lose actual human lives like the precious life of this wonderful child. Anja Ringgren Lovén you are my hero

I accept and as paths towards .
I salute ordinary people who make extraordinary choices.
I strive to be the voice of people who suffer quietly.
I prey that no one, nowhere, will ever lose .

Some people I know and many people I don’t know,
feel a lot of pain tonight.
Well… not just tonight.
Every night. Every day.
But still, tonight hits different.
The loss of a loved one
feels unbearable.
Injust. Cruel. Demoralising.
My heart is with everyone who suffers quietly tonight. Who tries to hold their tears.
Tries to look normal.
Tries to be joyful for the sake of their families.
Tries not to question the existence of a higher good/purpose.
Tries to accept they will never feel full again.
They will always be half.
Or less than half.
Or completely empty.
I’m sure your loved ones, see your heartbreak from above.
Merry Christmas.
May you find peace in your grief.
May you find strength in your hopelessness.
May your memories live forever.
