Japan Karate association.
Training-Day 1
Training begun today here in Iidabashi, Tokyo, marking the first of four days of intensive training.
Instructors from all over the world have come together to train, share knowledge and gain valuable insights from some of the Japan Karate Association's most senior instructors.
Todays session for 7th Dan and above focused on Bassai Sho, taught by Isumiya Sensei 8th Dan.
The session also included some rather painful bunkai (practical applications of the kata)! A great opportunity to deepen our understanding, refine our technique and continue learning from the very best.
Four days of training, knowledge and karate at the highest level. OSS
