👩‍🎓A new term! And eight years this month since I launched the Academy!🎉

This group were the most brilliant learners who made me roar with laughter and worked their legs off. It takes something very special to be a brilliant instructor and I saw lots of it in that room today…🌟

☀️This summer the MPowered Academy is going on tour!🗾

🚗We’re heading to studios and gyms around the U.K to upskill and certify instructors. 👩‍🎓

Woweeee! What a day, what a group.

We had an absolute blast in that room today. These guys gave everything and I can say for certain that the Indoor Cycling world is about to welcome some brilliant coaches. 🌟🚲❤️

It is absolute honour to be on the front of today.

I spoke to them about how we’re seeing a huge increase in ‘podium performers’ rather than fitness coaches, with the industry seeming to be taking a turn towards ego rather than empathy. Social media is sadly only exacerbating this.

I talked to about how we can solve this and make a big change for the better in our industry.

Another incredible academy with a brilliant group.

March Academy. What an amazing group. Bright, inquisitive and a ton of fun.

I still get just as excited eight years on from starting the academy to be at the beginning of people’s Indoor Cycling journey and I can’t WAIT to see what this brilliant bunch go on to do. ❤️🚲❤️
