I’m sad to announce that Buggywoogie fitness is not running anymore.

I’ve started this class a year ago for Mummies with babies who wanted to get fit again after pregnancy.

I am so grateful to have met amazing Mums/friends along the way, and I got to see how there babies becoming toddlers

I’m still around with some new ideas and also as a PT. Feel free to contact me.

I don’t usually post pictures like this but I hope I can motivate some other Mums out there. 🥰
During my pregnancy I’ve exercised until the day Noah was born. Still I manage to put over 20 kg on.
I’m happy to say that I’m in a better shape now than ever.
Was it easy? Not at all! Adjusting life to this little man, learning how to be a mum and of course lack of sleep 😴 didn’t help BUT with discipline and hard work I managed to get back in shape. So don’t give up! Give yourself time and stay strong to reach your goals.
