It started with my ankle injury during the Christmas holidays in Switzerland.
It was really painful and for many weeks it impacted my walking.
Not being able to walk properly can be really frustrating - we don’t really think about it until it’s become a challenge.
So, I thought why not share my ‘journey to recovery’ with the members of my FB group BODY, MIND & MOVEMENT.
I’ll show you some simple and easy exercises that benefit your walking, help avoid injures and prevent you from falling.
