I’m an individual teacher in my own midlife years helping other women navigate through their menopause in balance with their bodies, to embrace the changes and restore self-esteem for a happier and healthier you. I know that stepping into a fitness studio filled with mirrors and strangers can be a terrifying thought, and I make every effort to ensure that my classes are as friendly, down to earth

and accessible to everyone as possible. We’re much more than a Pilates class, we’re a group of like-minded women who support each other to be the best that we can be, with all the joy, emotion and compassion that a powerful group of women can create together! It started with my ankle injury during the Christmas holidays in Switzerland.

It was really painful and for many weeks it impacted my walking.

Not being able to walk properly can be really frustrating - we don’t really think about it until it’s become a challenge.

So, I thought why not share my ‘journey to recovery’ with the members of my FB group BODY, MIND & MOVEMENT.

I’ll show you some simple and easy exercises that benefit your walking, help avoid injures and prevent you from falling.

For the first time in a long time, I feel that we’ve got a bit closer to normality again. It’s great to be back in the church hall for the Tuesday morning class and going for a coffee and a chat afterwards just feels wonderful.

It’s been a tough 18 months and many of us are experiencing extremely high levels of stress and anxiety at the moment.
Most of you already know that Pilates is a great way to unwind and de-stress.

With people in mind who always wanted to try Pilates but never made it to a class, I have created a FREE 5 Day taster programme to learn the Pilates Basics.

The 5-day course starts on Monday 27 September - we’ll meet online every day at 6pm UK time until Friday, 1st October. Each session is about 10 to 15 minutes long and as I said, it’s completely FREE.

This basic Pilates course offers an easy and gentle way into Pilates. It’s aimed at absolute beginners who want to give Pilates a try and slowly want to build up their practice. Perfect for women in midlife who are looking for a new form of exercise and who want to look after their body & mind.
