Hello everyone and welcome to my brand new fitness page!
Here’s a little bit about me…
I’m a 43 year old mama of two gorgeous kids (well one’s an adult but more of an adult/child).
I’m married to Andy, a super hero of the fire fighting world! 👨🚒 We have been married 10 years this August and together for nearly 20! (I think🥴).
Hugo (the boss) cavapoo joined our family last year and we couldn’t love him anymore. I’m obsessed! 🐶
I’ve been a PT and online coach for over 10 years and my passion for fitness is as strong as it was when I started.
Before this, I was a presenter for the RAF at all UK airshows on the Chinook which I LOVED!
I have been presenting on and off for years. Its a passion I will always have 😁
I love being outside in nature, if I could live outside. I would! Although, not in the winter because it’s too cold.
As a family, we enjoy traveling, lots of it!
We LOVE eating (nothing gets wasted in the Simpson household 🐷). And just generally having fun together!
For the past 3 years I have been incredibly lucky to have gained many followers on social media (you may know me as the slipper dancing idiot) and therefore been able to spread my love of fitness and mental health awareness across the globe! (Blimey, that was a mouthful😂).
I love to bring comedy and fitness together to show you that workouts ARE enjoyable!
Get ready for lots of workouts you can do ANYWHERE! From beginners - advanced. I want to prove that it’s not a scary place to be. I got you!
