Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art with numerous health benefits including:

Improved circulation - the numerous types of complimentary movements which focus on simultaneously strengthening & stretching create a great circulation boost!

Improved balance - a lot of forms & exercises are performed on one leg.

Improved mental health - this is one of the most commonly stated benefits by Tai Chi students. The peacefulness of the movements plus the natural endorphins created make a fantastic environment for the mind to also benefit greatly as well as body.

Longevity - until the 20th century, tai chi was only allowed to be taught to the Chinese royal family, such was their conviction that it improved life expectancy!

Self defence - Every slow and peaceful movement you see is also designed to be martially effective.

Since the age of 5, I’ve been trained in the Wu Style. I was taught by my father - Sifu Gary Wragg - who is the chief representative of the Wu family in Europe.
I’ve trained at advanced level, participated in workshops with current Grandmaster Sifu Wu Kwong Yu and taught beginners and intermediate classes at London’s Wu’s Tai Chi Chuan Academy - Bethnal Green as well as having won medals at The British Open and the Wu Style Competition, London.
