Lee and I just completed a 6 mile jog from Brentwood to Romford station. Haven’t jogged that far for a long while.

Feeling proud!

Worst mile - 2-3 Harold wood to Gallows roundabout
Best mile - 4-5 main Rd Gidea park to Romford market.

Wasn’t quite ready to jog back, so jumped on the train after I bought my eggs 🥚

🌳Outdoor Yoga in the Park🌳

Tonight I taught my first outdoor yoga class at Bedfords Park.
What a beautiful setting and what a fantastic class.

I am so thankful for my beautiful group of yoga students who attend all my classes and support me each week.

I was a little nervous to start, hoping I’d chosen the correct spot and hoping we weren’t going to get locked in, but everything went perfectly.

We found a beautiful old Oak tree and popped ourselves under it in the shade, a gentle breeze and bird song filled the air. I couldn’t have asked for more.

I will definitely be doing this again!

📷 I don’t usually like to take photos of my classes, but I got everyone’s permissions first and told them when I took the shot.

Breath of Joy 😊

an energising, three-part yoga breathing technique combined with arm movements, designed to lift your mood, increase energy,and release tension.

Take 3 sharp inhales up while moving the arms, then one full vocal exhale down, sweeping the arms as you release.

This simple, rhythmic breath is a perfect little reset for your body and mind. You don’t need any equipment, just breath and movement that works together.

Try it when you feel heavy, or low on energy. A few rounds can really boost your mood.

Sun on your skin, fresh air in your lungs,the breeze, the birds, the grounding energy and grass beneath your feet.

A cheeky little Surya Namaskara A (sun salutation A) always a classic but feels amazing for the body.

Get yourself outside for some movement while we still have the good weather.

On Sunday,International Women’s day I attended a Warrior Bootcamp 💪🏼🔥

It pushed me out of my comfort zone, challenged my strength, and was amazing to work with powerful and strong women.
Everyone was so supportive and encouraging.

I had such a great time and it definitely helped me on my way to becoming a stronger and fitter me.

We also all got a gorgeous goodie bag at the end for completing it.
