Snakes in Suits: When Psychopaths Go To Work by Paul Babiak & Robert Hare.
The jury is still out on whether it is nature or nature (or a combination of both) that creates psychopaths, although some fledgling evidence seems suggest they are indeed born that way.
I read this book a few years back. The authors (both psychologists with backgrounds in industrial relations and criminology) illustrate the danger of psychopaths in the workplace and their drive to acquire positions of authority in major corporations.
