A summer filled with lots of learning and development has come to an end.
Our regular Teen classes return next week on a weekly basis, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:30pm–5:30pm.
Training under the watchful eye of a qualified coach, your teen will build strength, coordination and confidence, all while learning safe movement habits that set them up for life.
Beyond the physical gains, CrossFit teaches discipline, teamwork and resilience, skills that carry over into school, sport and everyday life.
