Congratulations to six of our players, who qualified for the league averages this season, after putting in some outstanding performances for us!
First of all, well done to Tom Coughlan, who scored 542 runs for our 1s in Division 4B at an average of 60.22, which placed him second in the division’s batting averages!
Kieran Jones also qualified for the Division 4B batting averages, with 355 runs at an average of 35.50!
In terms of the Division 4B bowling averages, Steve Gandy comes in at 12th, thanks to his 20 wickets at an average of 24.85!
Well done to Stuart Halley, who qualified for the batting averages with our 2s in Division 10 East! He scored 282 runs at an average of 40.29!
We’ve also got two bowlers in the Division 10 East bowling averages this season!
Well done to Ben Greenfield, who took 16 wickets at an average of 15.5 (he is missing five wickets on Play Crickets)!
Similarly, well done to Abbie Jones for qualifying with 15 wickets at an average of 33.13!
Congratulations to everyone who turned out for our league sides this season, but particularly the aforementioned six players!
Last year, we only had four players qualify, so having six qualify this year is a real achieving for a club of our size!
It’s also been great to see three 2s players qualify, up from none last year!
These six players have particularly done the club proud with their performances and their statistics put North Enfield on the map, highlighting how we manage to compete with the biggest clubs in Hertfordshire!
