So much has happened in the last year but it has gone so fast! We made the best decision to take the risk, go out on a limb and setup this business and have absolutely no regrets!

Closing out our first CrossFit Open at CF23 with my girls by my side, cheering and supporting all the way to the finish ❤️

This place has become such an important part of our lives and I’m glad that I have the opportunity to share such a positive environment and wonderful community with my family.

It has been an amazing but challenging 12 months with serious hard graft put in but moments like these remind you that it’s worth it, to share these experiences with the ones you love and inspiring next generation 🙌🏼

CrossFit Open 25.1

Friday Night Lights @ CrossFit TwentyThree

Over 70 members came together to take part in our first ever Open, and for the majority, it was their first time taking on the challenge. The atmosphere, energy, positivity and encouragement were incredible from start to finish. Watching our community come together, cheering each other on, pushing past limits, and celebrating every rep was nothing short of inspiring. The support and camaraderie on the gym floor truly embodied what CrossFit is all about.

I couldn’t be prouder to own this gym and to witness the strength of this community, not just in fitness but in spirit. This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to see what we achieve together in the future…
