This month, I have signed up to do 100 push-ups every day, in order to raise money for Cancer Research UK 💪🏻 Hopefully, by the end of May, I’ll have raised a little chunk for the charity and have guns like Popeye…

Our apologies but tonight's class at St Anne Line South Woodford is cancelled. We will be back to normal next week.

Our current class timetable is

Mondays 8pm and Tuesday 7.30pm St John's Leytonstone
Wednesday 7.30pm St Anne Line, South Woodford
Sunday 12pm Physicals gym, Woodford

All classes are running in person and online and still only £5 per session to join!
